The landscape of this election could dramatically change only days before the first “live” ballot is cast.
According to breaking reports, the CDC has sent a letter to states to be ready by November 1 to distribute a COVID-19 vaccine.
Stunning Announcement
If the United States can deliver a valid COVID-19 vaccine for distribution before the election, it would be a huge coup for Trump.
While talk is nice, an action taken by the CDC makes it pretty apparent researchers are getting very close to having a vaccine that would help end this pandemic.
A letter by CDC Director Redfield sent to states said, “The normal time required to obtain these permits presents a significant barrier to the success of this urgent public health program.
“CDC urgently requests your assistance in expediting applications for these distribution facilities and, if necessary, asks that you consider waiving requirements that would prevent these facilities from becoming fully operational by November 1, 2020.”
That would be two days before the election, something that would surely sway the minds of a lot of voters.
