Biden, on December 3, plead guilty for her DUI arrest, but she is getting off the hook, just as Hunter Biden did.
Her sentence called for 20 days to six months of confinement, but that confinement is going to be 20 days in rehab, then probation.
This is the second time Caroline Biden, the daughter of James Biden, has beaten a wrap.
Biden had previously faced charges in a $100,000 credit card fraud case, but she managed to beat jail time in that case as well.
