With Joe Biden’s reputation for lying and ripping people’s words off, it is no surprise that he tapped into several resources for his Democrat acceptance speech.
After he accepted the nomination, the first allegations made against him were for stealing the words of Jack Layton, a leader of Canada’s New Democrat Party, from a 2011 speech.
Layton wrote, “My friends, love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair.”
Biden’s words were very similar, stating, “Love is more powerful than hate. Hope is more powerful than fear. And light is more powerful than dark.”
It is not word for word, but the point is the same, something that was very much noticed by our friends north of the border…

And He Did It Again
Oddly enough, Joe Biden did not only allegedly steal from Layton, he is so lazy, he also chose to recirculate an old speech rather than write a new one.
Check out this comparison of a previous Biden speech compared to his words when he accepted the nomination…

In any other election year, the media would be going bonkers over this.
Remember how the media reacted when Melania Trump “borrowed” some phrases from other speeches when she was talking about her “Be Best” campaign? And she is not even in an elected office!
Joe Biden is running for president and he is about to run out of people to steal from he does it so much, but the media could care less.
