A national mask mandate is one of the major issues of this election.
There are a lot of Americans that want to know if Biden wins, will it be illegal for them to leave their home without some sort of face covering.
Biden has been about as confusing as it gets on this issue.
Throughout the campaign, he was calling for a national mask mandate.
Then, in early September, Biden flipped, saying it was probably unconstitutional to issue such an order…
Biden now says a national mask mandate is probably unconstitutional and he wouldn’t do it.

After Trump tested positive and was hospitalized, Biden flipped again, saying that we needed a national mask mandate.
Then, during a town hall that was supposed to be of undecided voters, but an audience that was clearly pro-Biden, he muddied up the waters again.
Now Biden is recommending “mask guidance.”
Personally, I think this power should reside with local government because we continue to have parts of this country that, for the most part, remain completely unimpacted from the pandemic.
Regardless, a mask mandate now seems to be about as clear as if Biden will pack the court if he gets elected.
The only difference between the two subjects is that Biden refuses to answer questions about the court and when it comes to masks, he has so many different opinions, we have no idea where he actually stands.
