Well, Joe Biden said during the campaign that he was going to form an independent commission to take a look at Supreme Court reform, and he has done just that.
Biden has vowed that the commission will be bipartisan, but we already know the only so-called conservatives on the panel will be people that are far more liberal than conservative.
The administration is still looking at the exact agenda the commission will address, but you better believe that adding justices to the court will be atop that agenda.
Some names have already popped up as having been selected, and it should send a shiver right up the spine of conservatives in this country.
Chair responsibilities are allegedly being appointed to Bob Bauer, Biden’s campaign attorney, and Cristine Rodriquez, who is currently a professor at Yale Law School as well as being Obama’s former Deputy Assistant Attorney General.
That should give you a pretty idea of the so-called “bi-partisan” board that Biden plans on putting together.
