Joe Biden got some bad news this week and it came from Attorney General William Barr.
Barr has officially authorized the DOJ to start investigating valid claims of voter fraud and voting irregularities during the 2020 presidential election.
Biden Responds
Joe Biden’s campaign is none too happy with this announcement and his campaign is already pushing a bogus narrative.
Senior Biden campaign attorney Bob Bauer stated, “It is deeply unfortunate that the Attorney General Barr chose to issue a memorandum that will only fuel the ‘specious, speculative, fanciful or far-fetched claims’ he professes to guard against.
“Those are the very kind of claims that the president and his lawyers are making unsuccessfully every day, as their lawsuits are laughed out of one court after another.
“But, in the end, American democracy is stronger than any clumsy and cynical partisan political scheme.”
Barr, however, already stated that will not be the case.
AG Barr specially stated that “specious, speculative, fanciful or far-fetched claims should not be a basis for initiating federal inquiries.”
